I want every appointment to feel easy and unrushed, and that works best when we both know what to expect. So here's how booking and cancellations work.

Booking. You can book online through Booksy. Once you book, you'll get a confirmation, and that's your spot held.

If you need to cancel or reschedule. Things come up, I get that. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours / 48 hours ahead of time. That gives the time to someone else who's waiting.

Deposits. Only first time customer, 50% of the service. Booksy will charge you when you book online.

Running late. If you're running behind, send me a quick message. I'll do my best to still take care of you, and if there isn't enough time left, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule so the next person isn't kept waiting.
